ENROLLING A STUDENT:

Please bring the following items:

ü  Withdrawal papers from previous school, if applicable

ü  Original birth certificate or sealed copy from previous school

ü  Original social security card or sealed copy from previous school

ü  Alabama Certificate of Immunization

ü  Proof of residence in the Abbeville school zone (light bill, water bill or other official record with 911 address in parent/guardian’s name—no post office box numbers accepted

ü  Legal guardianship papers, such as court orders or divorce papers

In addition to the above items, you will need to complete the school’s enrollment packet.

WITHDRAWING A STUDENT:

Please notify the counselor as soon as you know that you will withdraw the student.  Come to the school to sign the withdrawal form and get the paperwork to take to the next school.  Make sure your child has returned his/her library book and all textbooks or be prepared to pay for the cost of the book or books.
