I began teaching in 1994, where I took a position at White Oak School in Baltimore, MD.  I was a Special Education teacher there for 10 years, teaching children with various disabilities.

In 2005, I moved to Abbeville, AL, and took a position as a Special Education teacher.  I have taught special education for 22 years and can think of no other students I would rather serve.  I love my job and my students!

I love animals, especially birds.  I have a dog named Bella.
